    this code appear when i start this machine i found the probleme in the finisher i remove it and the machine work but the error code still appear how can i clear this code *service mode *

      This code is for the swing assembly. Open the top finisher lid and you will see a black baffle with fingers right after the entrance. It attaches through the rear frame wall into a coupling and attaches to a solenoid. Sometimes the coupling comes loose from the end of the shaft.

          There is no clear, when the problem is rectified, the code will go away

            TONERINMYNOSE is right. Once the problem is fixed, it will disappear. Like you said in your previous post, with the finisher unplugged, the code goes away. Take off the rear cover and look behind the board. the solenoid and coupling are right there.

                function + original size (ledger) + 3

                u can also try turn off the mc from the back and turn it back u, it will do self check to move the tray up n down
