I am about to embark on the repair or attempted repair of a Panosonic 6000. It has been a problem child for this customer since they bought it. Does anyone have any input regarding how much of a pain it is to work with?

Start with some specifics: What do they complain about? If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Customer Complaints
The machine had never worked correctly since they got it. They have had a series of issues with copy quality and feed issues. They did not purchase the machine from my company, but I am gonna try to get it fixed for them due to their lease obligations.Comment

Current Issue
There current issue looks to be a drum/cleaning blade issue. However they have had various issues regarding feed jams and copy quality issues. The techs that worked on it in the past were unable to correct these issues. They have been on going. I am gonna request a service manual for this machine to see what i can do.Comment
