We have a new UF-8200 that is multi-feeding from the drawer. Every few pages, it will pull anywhere from 2 to 7 pages, sometimes in a tight stack, sometimes staggered a little. I have been over everything in the drawer, springs, separation fingers, lift plates, everything, and can't find a problem. No obvious problem with feed rollers, either. These are usually reliable and I've never seen this before. Anyone else seen it or have any ideas?

If its like the 6200, there is a spring clutch on the feed roll shaft that can break. Its hard to tell from the manual pictures.Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!Comment
