Re: Panasonic DP-322
There is a 120k, and a 240k pm kit, however the 120k kit is not really needed. you can set the PM in F5-74, just change it to 240k. The Dev units should be replaced when the individual count reaches 480k. IT unit I believe asks to be replaced at 720k, but we generally just reset them. There are individual counts for the STR roller, Fuser main, IT belt, and Fuser Belt unit that will come up prior to the pm's (usually), but we just reset the counts as they all get replaced as a part of the 240k pm kit. Most of these machines run very well for us. Hope this helps -

Re: Panasonic DP-322
They last a long time, most of the stuff u can reset.
drum (u can get 1000~20k more out of it if u push it to the limit),
STR, furer belt, fuse unit, IBT belt, developer unit, developer etc.
u can print out F7, and look at the counts.
one thing u wanna watch out is that the toner counter is never accurate. have a set or two in your stock just in case, drums r ok, coz u can reset them, waste toner container too, keep 1 or 2 handy, coz if customer doesn't pull out the container probably , they might spill little waste toner into the clear window, causing it to trigger the replace waste toner container message, this will lock the machine up until it is replaces or emptied.Comment

Re: Panasonic DP-322
This is one of Panasonics better machines. You can skip the 120 PM and just do the 240 PM. At 480k, the DV units get changed. These things generally run well, although the colors are not as good as a KM or Sharp. The only things I can think of as issues would be duplex problems if you have a paper transport and external finisher (J81) and an occasional fuser entrance sensor sticking. And like ANY Panasonic, if it starts rebooting itself, you have a bad hard drive. But generally a good box that's not hard to service.Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!Comment
