    8035 jams

Was at this account in the am and back in the pm. Replaced hot roller for line in the copies. Now getting jamming when customer is printing to it. Pulling from tray 1(1500 sheet drawer). Jamming in inverter after about 20-30 copies. Ran 50 off the glass with no problem. Ran 50 through doc feeder and get to about 20-30 and it jams in inverter. Ran 50 2-2 and didnt get any jams. Jams that I am getting are J50, J51 and J52's. Returning in the morning to replace the inverter but not really feeling to comfortable. Any Suggestions? Thanks for reading.

I don't have much time dealing with this machine. I attached a bulletin for you. Let us know what you find. Thanks.SB-10-J50_Deformed_LeverPlate-(M-0210i)__DP-8060Series.pdf

The actuator inside the inverter can get a groove on the surface and slow the paper down. Also check the same sensor on the rear frame is swinging freely. Check the 2 limiter sponges on the exit door. They get squished and catch the limiters on the exit baffle. The odd thing is if you can run 50 duplex, your inverter should be / is working. In service mode, F4 104 and 105 will power the exit solenoid up and down. If you here a hesitation, the solenoid is bad. The fusers are also poorly designed. Hold the exit rollers and turn the green jam clearance knob by hand. If it can spin, the press roll will need to be replaced.
