We have a Panasonic UF 880 that is pulling crooked from the lower 500 sheet tray. Not bad but just enough to cause the rear side to catch in the verticle transport area and jam. Cannot find anything obviously wrong. Cleaned all rollers, checked tray guides for proper positioning, etc. Any advice greatly appreciated.

There are two things that comes to mind first take the metal lify tray out then streach the 2 spings just a bid to give the paper a bit more lift, but your problem is with the cork seperation pad in the draw, pop it out and get all that grease out as they were over greased at the factory,before you do this just push on it a few times and you will see how its "sticking" down and doesnt pop up right away this causes skew

Ps one other thing with this series is the side door will get "paper cuts" on the ribs manly from the first draw if this is so take a emery board or sandpaper and sand them out.
