[Error Code] DC 262 Error E03-31

I have a machine with an e03-31 error.Belt has been changed and belt sensor cleaned.Waste toner moving ok.In F4 mode 446 the belt motor doesn't move.In F8 29 can get the setup to run half way before error comes back.I have a new motor on order.Any other sugestions

Did you check the supply voltage from the EC board to the motor? With the rear cover removed, make sure the EC board has the 4 LED's lit on it at the ready state. If any of these are not lit, chances are you have a bad board. The silver rotation patch goes to the rear of the belt unit. You may also want to check the IT belt drive gear. It has a pin in it that can fall out if the gear cracks.
