[Dead] Workio DP 3530 does not turn on, Constant loop on LCD screen

When we turn on the machine lcd screens starts up but it does not go past workio logo loading, it keeps looping. Any advice on how I can get the machine going.

If the machine has a hard drive, unplug it. A bad HDD will cause this. If it still reboots with the HDD connected, the SC board is possibly bad.

Disconnect the HDD. Replace it if you need to but the majority of my customers never use it.

Check and see if it has extra memory too. It is on the SC board. Those will cause problem too.
