    [CQ] DP8020 EPanasonic Lines/poor quality

Keeps coming back that machine prints dark random lines like a bias or charge issue. Replaced all (drum/blade/developer charge several times that over time keeps coming back to the same. Checked for bad grounds...all common causes.

Thank you for the offer have manuals and parts. fyi I have been in the field fixing machines for 30+ years solo for most Reaching out to what others have seen or possible fixes. This is a odd one that I don't have the time to spend on sadly to find what it is.

Are the lines "Zebra Patterning" or more well defined?

No they are not Zebra pattern, Random black wispy lines. that will come and go from one copy to the next when running multi copies of same thing. It has some thing to do with bias or charge corona or drum charge.

            Random Black Wispy Lines.
I keep coming back to that.
I swear that it sounds like pre-zebra.
Wispy black is a variance of charge, a stray voltage.
I have seen these process units fail, but usually not like this.
Have you outright replaced the entire charge assembly?
Although I have never seen it happen with this one, if the end blocks are breaking down, that can cause some weird, random charge problems.
