    dpc262 touch panel not sensing

Hi. I am unable to calibrate touch panel on this dpc-262. Touching on the + sign does nothing and no beeps. I have removed the whole pivot assembly, removed the glass panel and cleaned it and edges and reseated cables. Nothing seems to work. Then took the panel's ribbon cable out it had 4 leads. When checked with a multimeter, inner two leads corresponded with different ohm levels when I move the finger on the panel. The outer leads had no impedance levels. Anyone experience this problem? Firmware update or new panel? Any ideas?

Well known problem. New panel is the only solution. #KORZZZZ0003

Right on the money. My test indicated as in the post, x axis failure in the touch panel.

Is it the same deal with the DPC323?It is lit up fine but was unresponsive. Changed the outer touch panel. Worked fine. Next day, same thing. Unresponsive. No sounds or beeps. What part is bad?

I have been asked to repair a Panasonic DP-C625 machine with a bad touch screen and a replace fuser belt unit. Where would one find these parts, and part numbers, since I do not have the manuals.
