Panasonic DP-C262 PCL6

I have the error code E02-02. Diagnosed it and found the little plastic "gear" broken under the no.2 tray. Is there any way I can get a part number for this device? And where can I order one? Thanks.

Is it the coupling on the lift motor, or on the tray itself?

The white plastic coupling (if that whats you call it?). It fits over a spindle and spring and receives the rod from the tray.

Look above the picture mojorolla posted. The part number is FFPHQ0063. Not sure if you can order directly from Panasonic. I'm sure a local dealer would sell you one. If not Precision Roller has it in stock for $9.95.

If that breaks, you have a good chance that the plastic splined shaft it slides on is also damaged (twisted).
