Has anyone had any issues with these counters rolling over after 5 digits? I have a machine that has been in the field since February 2007. Since then, all meters on both b/w and color have gone in order up until this month. Last month my b/w meter was 95k and my color was 44k. This month my b/w meter is now 12k and my color is 52k. I called tech support which got me no help and no information. Has anyone seen this? I can't imagine the counters only go 5 digits and won't roll to 6. The other wierd thing about it is that based on their avg monthly volume, they would be right about 102k on b/w which looks like I am just missing a digit. Unfortunately, I don't have very many of these and this is the only one with this many copies on it.

DP262 rolled over black counter
We have a number of these over 100k, never had such a problem. Can you manually enter a 6 digit number and after pwr off/on does it keep it? -
We were able to change the counter in F7 mode for the b/w count and it saves after power cycle. However, the new count will not show under counter view. Firmware is current and Panasonic tech support had no answers or suggestions. So, I am not sure what is going on or how to fix it.Comment

First of all I'd like to know if you spoke to Tony at tech support, he is tops and never let me down. Now back to the problem was a shipment set performed upon initial setup of the machine? If not that would be the first thing to do. then I would reinstall the firmware if that fails it's gotta be a board problem. (I don't envy you) good luck.Comment
