DP 2330 memory question

Would someone be so kind if they know to provide some spec info for the memory for the DP-2330.

I know compatible memory is available, so I just need to know what kind.

I would like to add a 128Mb SODIMM and a flash card.

I have a generic 8Mb Fast Flash Card already but if i plug it in the machine locks up, so can it be formatted to work?

I have a box full of SODIMM ram so I am hoping one of them will work, otherwise I will source based on spec.

I believe 64mb is the max on that model.
The flash is used for fax; if it has no fax kit, it will lock up.

The machine takes up to 128mb

what i actually want to know is:

1. What kind of ram. Speed/frequency/buffered or not
2. Does the flash card need any kind of special programming?

i have an 8mb generic flash card and the machine locks up with it in
the machine does have the fax kit as I just installed and configured the fax.

Any ideas?
