    To enter service mode:
Press & Hold USER PRESET, #3, & Original Size A3 until the screen changes.

    Then #7, Print, 22, Print, Clear/Stop, Print,

    To exit service mode:
    Press & hold USER PRESET & Clear/Stop.

    Good Luck. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Hi Blackcat4866

      Thank you for your help.
Do you sell maintenance kit for this model or you know any one that sell it? Can I email you directly?
      Please let me know.

      Thanks again
      Zack

My company is a panasoinc dealer. If you need the maintenance kit for it still let me know. I'm sure we can arrange something with the sales dept.
