I don't suppose you'd like to identify the model? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

My experience is that posts from vargue always seem to be rather vague.

dear if your machine model is mp9000/1100/1350 then first you have to check transfer unit harness from machine to transfer unit if that is ok then replace transfer power pack

For what it is worth, I'd start by taking the transfer belt unit apart and making sure that the internal connections are OK. Plus I'd clean any toner off of the transfer belt idler roller (it provides transfer bias to the belt) - while I was in there I'd also clean up the separation bias roller (the small roller in the middle of the transfer belt unit frame) too.
If the error continued I'd check where the transfer unit's wiring harness plugs into the machine's main body. While I don't think I've ever seen this on the MP4000, I have seen that connector become dislodged on the older versions of this chassis.
I suppose if that didn't work I'd check the transfer settings in SP2 just in case some stupid moron had changed those values too far. While I certainly don't see everything out here in this part of the periphery, I have seen that default values are best when dealing with high voltage adjustments in SP mode.
I'd try a transfer unit from a working machine before I ordered any board. Unless there was something that was obviously broken on the board anyway. Or I shorted the board to ground and destroyed it (funny story that, but lesson learned: never try to remove the high voltage board unless all connectors are disconnected).
Well, that's just what I'd do, hope it helps and sorry if it doesn't.
