[Dead] Ricoh MPC4500, Dead after firmware Update Error

Help,,,,,,,,,, I was Updating the firmware on a Ricoh MPC4500 everything was ok, after the PS firmware Fail ( Error 24 ), and the Update process stop, I haved to turn the machine off, after that the machine only shows "please way..",

The service Manual indicate a force firmware Update, but I dont have acces to Ricoh TSC to download the needed files, please see image attached,

Can somebody find this parts for me, or Is there some solution to this problem ?

Note: I installed another controller and the machine is ok, but I need to fix the own Controller..

    Hi there!
E-24 is a sd-card problem (reading the datas from the card), you have the fw so write it on another sd-card (max. 512 Kb!!!!) and try again.
    Greetings...

I Formated the SD and copy the firmware files again, but the machine does respond, show please way for a long time and Nothing, thats why I want to do a Forced Firmware Update.

If you have been using the same SD card forever, get a new card. Also start with a fresh download of the firmware. If the card has started to give read errors, formatting may not correct the bad card.

Press the clear modes key then 143 and then the clear stop key 3 times. power down the machine and then back on with the sd card still in the lower slot. If you still have a problem, reload the ps firmware alone on the card and reboot

            hello
have you tried pressing yellow key followed by pressing 1 then 4 then 3 then red key 3 times holding down on the last time ..
turn machine off then on ..it might turn back on and not asking for firmware or you might be able to continue update ..
            hope this helps
