MP C4000/C5000 fusing unit setting error

i have this message pop up every now and then. I have moved the fuser from a C4000 to a C5000, message follows. I have reseated fuser. it clears and then it appears if the right door is opened or after coming out of energy saver. if I open the right door after the error and close it, message goes away and runs for a bit.

any ideas to look for? I'm not sure (still looking) at what the machine is looking at for the not set correctly. goose's guide showed nothing.

Fusing connection in the machine is broken, part to be found in point to point diagram.
