    Ricoh MP C4000 throwing SC364

"Aftermarket" black toner in our C4000 has been replaced with genuine ricoh toner. After about a day of usage, C4000 refused to printer because black toner was depleted.
After someone else fiddled with it, it printed roughly 200 pages and stopped with same depleted error. I checked the developer and it was half empty and just as a security measure, I emptied black developer while also replacing waste bottle.
Before emptying the developer, printer could print couple pages but then toner had to be removed and inserted to get rid of depleted toner message. After emptying, the toner is not being loaded into developer at all.
I observed the toners with cover open and cover switch closed to see if toners are turned. All but black seem to be rotating.
Running SP1902 fails, and after couple attempts same error is thrown.

There are posts from other threads suggesting to check ID sensor on lower left after removing the transfer belt, but I just don't see it.
Other ricoh devices seems to have force toner supply option, but it is not listed in service menu on our C4000.

    Any help is appreciated

Why did you empty the developer???????????????????????????????
Did you put in fresh developer? Did you set it up in service mode?
Do you know what you are doing?
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

When you get the developer replaced, before you do anything else, replace the black toner pump assembly. Replace both pump and tube. The after market toner has probably clogged the pump and toner tube.

I may be confusing something, but what I meant by " I emptied black developer" is toner was emptied out of developer unit. Unless developer itself is something else.
Emptying toner from developer unit was recommended on a different forum to get rid of possibly bad toner. As of now the error is SC372. Black TD voltage is at 0, even after cleaning the sensor.
Force toner supply does not load the toner into the developer unit, and yes the service mode was used to reset developer unit.

Issue was resolved by replacing the pump for black.
