and get ready to update that firmware about every 60days from now on. so many ricoh's now have to have firmware constantly updated

it goes really fast and easy if the machine can do it through @remote, I don't know if the SP 5200's can do it that way.

There's a Ricoh white paper about troubleshooting this.
You update firmware then hand the document to the company I.T support for them to troubleshoot.
