[CQ] MPC2000 faint yellow

Hi guys, hope you can help

When copying in colour mode greens are blue tried forced toner then acc and copies are fine if slightly darker than the original but when customer tries a print from computer dark green logo comes out dark blue, all single colour copies look fine (apart from yellow ) tried dev unit from another m/c but result is the same.

Post an image to the forum with a half sky-shot of the single colour yellow only.

(half sky-shot: place a sheet of paper over the first half of the platen glass.)

Check the Vt values for all colors. If the yellow is higher than the others by 1 or more, it is not hetting enough yellow toner. Replace the yellow toner pump with tube. If the values are all close, clean the ID sensor assembly and run ACC in User tools - Maintenance.
