    mp 4002

    anyone have the firmware they can share to fix the fax not coming out of sleep mode. if the machine is awake the fax works fine. once the machine goes to sleep the fax will not receive any data. thanks

      Not a firmware problem. At least not mentioned anywhere in the current firmware history. Check the settings in User Tools.

              Fax anc FCU firmware are at version 9 at the moment. Are you sure you have't update them cause the problem has been resolved since version 2.

                  i haven't updated the firmware, i do not have access to it. can anyone provide the latest version with any important notes to be aware of to resolve this issue that my customer is having right now. thanks much
