    MPC3002 and series--- fuser question

We are getting bent over and bored out every time we need to replace the fuser belt assembly. Apparently you can not get the (belt) sleeve by itself from Ricoh. Has anyone found a source for these only? It is such a ripoff to have to order the assembly.
    I've proved mathematics wrong. 1 + 1 doesn't always equal 2.........

There are companies that supply the sleeve only, with lubricating grease. It is much more cost effective than replacing the whole unit.

We have come across a company who imports these sleeves, so i am sure you should be able to find the same, as in all probability it is coming from China.

I am sure a quick search on Alibaba.com will yield at least one supplier. Also a lot of compatible parts are coming out of India lately and the quality is not bad.

        See attached screenshot.

Do you know where one can find the material behind the sleeve? If that unit is damage an new sleeve will not last.
