Hi all, I went to a 3502 today that has the message that theK toner is not fitted, I can see that the pin inthe rear of the machine that makes contact with the chip on the K toner isbent.

Yup happens from time to time if the customer rams the toner bottle in too hard.
Easy fix though, swing the controller cage out and there it is secured with 5 or 6 screws and a single connector.
