Time for more troubleshooting then. At least you know what isn't causing the problem. From the Goose Guide:

Laser Shutter sensor (on) error - check SP 2-914 001 and 002 are set to 38.

Ok ... the 002 check was on 09 set in 38! But continuous error!

Bernado, use the following troubleshooting guide before ordering additional parts.

check shutter motor operation with SP 2 914 003 and 004 <----------check if the motor is still working use SP5-803-108 and 109 to check sensors for change of state check SP 2-914 001 and 002 are set to 38 reseat CN 266 on IOB ------------------------------------------------ if the motor fails, order a new shutter motor and IOB and replace it at the same time.

Friends! What causes the error is a gear to DC Shutter (B223-1213) ... Damaged gear blocks the mechanism shutter. I'll buy a new one to replace it. Thanks to all!
