[Error Code] sindoh m403 drum reset

i recently started working on sindoh machines, There is sindoh m403 showing reset drum message and i changed the drum but the message is still on the panel can anyone help me to set drum count ?Thanx for helping

open front door remove drum re insert drum and hold down the stop button til device shows resetting drum.Should take about 10 seconds power of and on
