How many total clicks on machine? i have seen the front guide (black plastic with ridges) on the Transfer Unit wear out on these, causing CQ similar to this. If transfer belt is black & waaaay overdue (some techs think you NEVER have to replace!?) I would start there. The guide wear occurs after 1M usually (unless running a lot of thicker paper)
Hi there....
Although i have no idea about this machine, but check the waste toner mechanism..if there.
Yes i checked... But the dusting seems to come from the inside of the pcu assy... But the machine is not in overtoner... Developer is new.... But if i check inside the machine afer 5k copies or so i can see toner dust on the aluminum bar at the underside of the pcu assy

Check th gears at the rear of the pcu. Turn the gears with your hand and check if the toner collection coil at the front turns too.i have this gear with the core melted so machine won't make any noise but toner collection coil don't works fine and excess of toner are not collected by the cleaning brush.

That is where the marks on the edge of the paper comes from. The edge rubs against that bar as it comes from the registration roller. Check the PCU cleaning unit. If you have not already, replace the cleaning blade, cleaning brush and filters. Before you put the new parts in, clean all the bushings. Jf the transport coil is not turning freely or the filters are clogged, it will cause toner hazing from the cleaning unit.
Yes.. The marks comes from there... I replaced the brush roller and the blade... I also cleaned the filters of the cleaning unit.... Tomorrow i'll check everything again
so guys...i think the problem is solved!....i changed the cleaning blade again, cleaned again the cleaning unit....and the problem disappears........thanks to anyone giving suggestions
Hy guys.. The problem is back again! Dirty leading edge and heavy dusting inside the pcu assy. This time. I changed the cleaning assy from another working machine, but afer a while the problem came back [emoji35]
