Double image (MP CW2200)

Guys, how can i rectify this kind of printing problem? (see attached photo).The image is blurred only in the left side(see the encircled image). Print head cleaning does not solve the problem. The machine is still new.Any ideas? Thank you. print.jpg

Identify which color is the problem and run head flushing......

I had a similar problem and I cleared the print memory it took care of the problem. Its in the 5s in SP mode

Do printhead flush and then run printhead test. [page 163] [ read your manual, it is there to assist and guide you. ]

Auto Adjust Head Position
If bidirectional printing produces misaligned verticals or blurred colors, printing the test pattern will re-
calibrate the machine. The test pattern differs depending on the print quality.

what if its not happening all the time and not on a specific area. is this fix will do?
