    Pro c 5100 install procedure.

My company bought a new pro c 5100 with fiery e28 and I wonder if any of you guys had a paper about how to install updates patches on these machines. I never did this on any fiery.

Patches must be applied in the correct order. Taking on a fiery with no training or support is a bit ambitious, don't you think?

This is quite correct!!!! Patches must be in correct order as posted on the Ricoh web site. This may vary from the order that the auto update function pulls in the patches!!! The newer patches I've seen recently actually come as a zip file that when open will launch an installer app that;s very easy to use, however it doesn't let you do batch installs like you can from CWS.............
