When was the last time the machine was cleaned/serviced? Call for service. Have a full cleaning done and if the issue is not resolved then check the life of the PCU's in SP mode. They are probably way beyond their life. If so, replace the PCU's. If price is an issue....the cheaper black PCU's can be modified to fit in the color slots.sigpicAnything can be made to work if you fiddle with it long enough- San Diego Copier Repair.comComment
