[CQ] Horizontal Lines pro 906ex

I have problem with pro 906ex when printing from PC after 500 to 1000 the machine print horizontal line.

My procedure :

1- replace LD
2- replace POLYGON
3- NEW firmware engine+system.
4- Replace Controller Box
5- Replace IOB board + BCU board.
6- OPU board
7- Replace Front Switches.

The Problem is still.

Can any body solve this problem.

Are the lines parallel to or across the direction of paper travel? Please provide a scan of a sample.

If the paper was fed long edge first, I would say that it is time to rebuild the PCU cleaning unit, both coronas and possibly replace the drum.
