Ricoh MP4002 resets

Looking to find out what resets to run in the SP mode to clear out data , network information , address book and settings back to defaults.

SP 5801-XXX where XXX is:

006 Copier Application
007 FAX Application
008 Printer Application
009 Scanner Application
010 Web Services
011 NCS (Network Settings)
Do not do 001 or 002 unless you have the birth certificate for the machine as all machine specific settings for the Engine will be cleared.

SP 5846-050 Initialize All Addr book Clears everything (including users codes) in the directory information managed by UCS. However, the accounts and passwords of the system administrators are not deleted.

You may also want to format or replace the HDD.

Counters are not cleared and cannot be cleared by any SP code.
