Well, i had this problem recently.
I was doubting too if it was also before my intervention; i think it has'nt, because there were black lines (just like you).
I went away, customar did not complane, so i think it will resolve itself after a while?
I think that the drum might be in a bad position or so, or the charge roller is not contacting the drum properly because of a twisted or bended something in the pcu. In this model it is difficult to plug in the pin which hold the transfer roller front holder in place... Perhaps that is causing it?
My bet is on the pcu which we have been servicing, there must be something out of position or so...
Do you have the solution, meanwhile?
