    Hi
    Customer called with SC 899 code On Ricoh 4310 Printer at end of day WED.Im going to stop by today,can anybody who has dealt with this issue before give me some insight on this?

      The first thing that you need to do is update all firmware to the current level. There are a number of things that can cause SC 899. Most if not all have been corrected by firmware.

          Yes as said above update all firmware, sc899 is caused by a corrupt print job, usually happens when a user prints a web page, there's tons of info on it on this site.
