It will be the customer adding a user but not knowing what they're doing!

      Copier Tech is right.

Deselecting the 'PC Control' option within User Tools> System Settings>Admin Tools>User Authentication Management will prevent users from automatically adding User Codes to the device's address book when submitting print jobs.,,

My guess is that you have people who do not want to be charged for their usage. If no one has changed the admin password from the default, then just about anyone can add users from both the control panel and WIM. If they do not enter a name, the machine will automatically insert "No Name" on reports.

Check the address book and see if these entries might have the Display Name entered but not the name.
