    [CQ] MP 4001 5001

    Does anyone have the bulletin where ricoh admits that the toner is the problem with this unit.

      I just went over the bulletins and didn't see any that are toner related. There was one about a bad lot of developer and dev unit replacement.

              Use N/A Tradings' toner for this series as well as their drum ground tab, set it up correctly and it will run like a champ.
