hi sir

i have problem with drum black i replace with new one kit (pcu+development unit )

now it give this test just with black >>the acc (autuo color is good)
but the black ther is problem with counter

What is the problem with the black counter? Is it that you think the black PCDU was not yet at it replacement count? I am reading 29367 B/W and 87925 Color. That is a total of 117291 on the black PCDU. Black is used in color copies and prints. What I am see is a machine that is not properly placed. You have a 20 ppm machine that is intended to do 30% to 50% color ratio in an account that is doing about 86% color copying, 72% color printing and a combine ratio of 75% color. Unless they are doing a total monthly volume to warrant a production machine, MP C6502 or used MP C6501, you are going to have problems.

I do see that the large black triangle is completely gone and the heavy line above the words "Page Counter" is not solid. My guess is a dirty laser shield glass or dust or toner in the laser unit.

There was an issue when the Metis was first released of black plastic ribs in the dev unit breaking off when the seal was removed. Split the PCDU and see if there is a good brush all over the surface of the mag roller.

It seem the problem on the transfert belt.....is clean?...open the right door while print and verify if dirty the drum or itb

Double check the ground plate on the K drum was refitted properly. It's easy to miss.

I agree with some of the earlier post make double sure about the rear end pcu cover ground I've seen exactly this when I left one off .
