    Vaccuum

Don't use one very often but when the big spills occur it's a must. My old school 3M vac has finally given up and am looking for a replacement. I am wanting something MUCH quieter. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have thought about using the filter inline with something else before.
You can try a Convac. But they will overheat trip out and need to cool down from overuse.
Its good for a copier not for a car.
    Whatever

The dust/toner filter is the trick. If its not made for fine toner powder the toner melts into the bearings and seizes the motor up.

And, throws a fine toner dust throughout the area.

3M is about the only manufacturer (i am aware of) that does toner vacuums.

We recently had some repaired (we also use 3M) by a local company that does electrical motor rewinding and motor replacement.

Thats the vacuum i use. Easy to carry, has everything u need internally stored, the cartridges are easy to change and they come indifferent type filters for regular, hepa etc.

                    Bad Request

This is the one I have. God only knows why it's $466.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

                    Hit it.

Convac also does a toner vac. Its not a noisy but i prefer the 3M with the TYPE 2 filter.

Try Atrix. Ebay has a number of them listed at prices starting from $85.00. Look very similar to the 3M. Atrix also makes filter that fit the 3M copyvac.

We use 3M vacuums, they are a bit noisy. Only use it on Ricoh calls, worst toner dumping machines ever made.
