    call paper misfred ,dont reset and there no marks where is paper misfried

    Hi there!
    This model of the "Diana"-series has the modified clutches, so you have to clean the feedrollers and CHANGE the pads. Also look if the paperend-sensor is in its correct mounting-position.

      I know that ,problem its that the machine wont reset paper jam ,and dont show whare is 'paper jam'

        The picture you provided shows a J001. J001 is a jam found at power on or door closure. You need to check the jam history is System SP to see where the last actual jam occurred. Then check to see if there is a scrap of paper setting on the sensor.

          the problem was sensor actuator stock ,sensor that is for paper tray 3 .machine only have cabinet

            Sometimes a power surge or stormy weather can cause a memory corruption. I hope that you have the birth certificate or a recent non-default print out as the only correction is do an engine memory clear SP 5801-002 and you will need to reload the non-defaults.
