1. Check stripper fingers in the fuser unit(oven)are all ok.
2. Check the press roller in the fuser has not jumped out of its home position.
3. Check the main drive gear rotating the fuser unit is not cracked or spinning freely without driving.
4. Check the side door paper guide into the fuser unit is not cracked or broken. The paper guide must line up with the fuser unit when the side door is closed. If any of the guides are broken replace the whole guide assy.
5. I believe there was a lower fuser case modification to fix associate problems with the hot roller moving out of its home position.

Looks like the paper is forced out of the fuser, but not being fed further on, therefore the wrinkles.Press the GREEN button!!Comment

as previous posters have stated it looks like it is exiting the fuser unit then getting stuck at the exit rollers
