Re: MPC4500 & Filemaker Pro Problems
Sounds odd but try changing the page orientation from portrait to landscape for a test ...
I've seen this work with A4 to A5 reduction on some software.

yep tried all that. Unfortunately I think it is just an old database configuration that won't change to meet todays demands.Leave a comment:

Re: MPC4500 & Filemaker Pro Problems
I naturally assume the client has tried just a normal two page print job and let the machine handle the duplex without manually putting the second side in the bypass ?
I'm thinking that way in terms of custom page size has been set in the bypass or similar.
I assume you have you set the MFD print interface for driver/command ?Leave a comment:

Re: MPC4500 & Filemaker Pro Problems
It is FileMaker Pro format. For some reason if we print a two page document and they want the second page to be on back and we put it in bypass it print second side it prints landscape direction and cuts off print. We have tried many settings and can't get format correct. It has been created as a proprietary database program for this client by previous business owner and this we need to find someone that can tweet it to work correctly.Leave a comment:

MPC4500 & Filemaker Pro Problems
Anyone have any experience with Filemaker pro or know of a developer that does? We have a client in need of some programming help because we can not get the Ricoh to print properly from his files. It works fine from everything else, just won't print correctly from his.
Thanks!Tags: None
