Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window. Michael Bolton: You and me both, man. That thing is lucky I'm not armed.
Check the thermostat. On some of the lovely models, they put multiple thermostats, in which 1 will arbitrarily pop-especially when you get the low temp errors.
I 'try' to remember to run my machines a few degrees below the factory setting. It gives me a bit of a buffer of sorts, and helps with not popping so many thermostats. It may or may not help you, but it's just something I do and it works well. It is case-by-case of course.

Try a new fusing unit too. They are user replaceable on these things anyway. I think I've had to replace an IH unit before too, can't remember if it was 544 tho.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

hi friends, please help me , i have a ricoh mp 2352 model.
error code some times shows: 544 , some time shows 543 , some time showing mesges like set fixing unit properly , then for some time machine works perfect.
Two things:
1) based on your description, I would be quite suspicious of the quality and quantity of the voltage being supplied to the machine by the outlet it is plugged into,
2) You will have access to knowledge from far more Ricoh experienced people if you start a new thread rather than comment on an old thread that's been dead for years.
Good luck!
