    Mp8001 J001 in P2

    Docfeeder has been re set several times still jam at power on any ideas? check all paper sensors for physical blockage found none
    Please help

      I'd check the cover interlock actuators for damage, it might not be resetting like you'd think.
      It also might not hurt to disassemble the lower left hand side of the doc feeder to make sure there isn't actually something still stuck in there. I've seen scraps of paper hide in there before.

          Check the jam history and see where the last actual jam occurred.
