    [Misc] Ricoh sp5210

I have a few of these machines on maintenance. I can get the upper fuser online. Does anybody know where to get the lower fuser roller. It looks like an old EP 2152 fuser roller.

Why go to all the trouble of searching for, and replacing rollers

      Upper roller ....$25.00
      Lower roller..... Maybe $25.00
      Savings $100.00
Not including shipping. You probably don't rebuild anything.

An hour spent rebuilding .... $129.00 that could be time billed to a charge customer. Over all loss $29.00.

since he stated that the units are on maintenance the labor to rebuild is not billable. That being known, now you pay labor for travel time, mileage and labor for a rebuild and for parts. say 2 hours of your labor burden rate. Now you have the maintenance kit that costs a bit more, but now your labor is for travel and installing the kit, and some general service and clean up, 1/2 hour tops plus travel and mileage. If the maintenance contract is priced correctly the kit is a better way to go....

also the kit contains feed rollers and sep pads as well................

Yes the maintenance kit is actually cheaper than the fuser alone!
FYI, I have a couple of print cartridges for sale should you be interested (ordered in error)
