    Two things:

    1) The reason that noone has responded to your thread is because they can't. When you make the last word of the title "print", the forum presents your post in "Printable View". That means that it is perfectly fine for printing, but has none of the links so others cannot respond to it. Perhaps you'd like to start again with a title that does not end in the word "print"?

    2) There are several reasons why the Ricoh might not print. Is there some sort of job accounting enabled? Is the driver you installed compatible with the print card emulation? For example PCL5, PCL6, PS2, PS3, Is the driver for the correct model, and 32bit/64bit, and operating system?
We'll certainly need a lot more information than you've provided.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I sent him a private message last night about ending titles with the word "print". Told him to post again with a different title but so far no new post.
