    MPC7500 ready but not printing

Hi guys. I have one MPC7500 that has Z-Folding unit, Book Binding Unit, Punching Unit and a finisher. The machine gets ready but it will not print even meter counter. But as I disconnected all the optional accessories, the machine printed. Finally I tried connecting the finisher only and the machine still worked perfectly. But the moment any of the other accessories is connected, the same problem ensued. Any idea on solving this fault will be appreciated.

The first thing that comes to mind is do they all have compatible firmware? Are you sure all of those options belong on that model machine? Were they all working together and then stopped? or they never all worked together?

Do any of the other peripherals require their own power cord? If they do and you do not have them plugged/turned on you get this problem.

They have all worked together perfectly from installation until recently that it stopped. I am also looking the direction of firmware, but except some guys will help me. I don't have access to My-ricoh so as to download the latest firmware.

They have their separate power cord and all were properly connected and turned on.

If the machine was already up and running and then just stopped, then it's probably not firmware related. Can you try adding the Z-fold or the book binding units one at a time?

That has been done but no success.

When you have connected only one of the other downstream devices have you terminated the system with the finisher?

TSB 65R gives the minimum firmware that must be installed.
