    Richo mp c4500 Color

when I print to my c4500 the colors are all off. Like it is shadowed, not lining up to all print in the exact same area.
    Image (12) (2).jpg
This is how it prints. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

SP mode set 2111-3 and 2111-1 will correct the image.

Before you do that, clean the ID sensor assembly with clean cotton cloth dampened with water only. Do not attempt to dry it off ass this can generate static. Sometimes just cleaning the ID sensor assembly will allow the machine to adjust itself.

as slimslob said clean the id sensor 1st

then in user tools select maitenance then run color registration

if this does not align colors then go into service -- drum and run forced line position adjustment
excecute adjustment c,b,a in that order

I always thought it was c and b, OR, c and a, but not all three together (and according to the manual).

Its actually run C first then A, the manual does not say to run B at all. Sometimes you may need to repeat the process if it isnt quite lined up, if you do this you really shouldn't have to do the one in user tools. If this does not correct it check your PM counts, a dragging drum or problem with the ITB itself can cause registration problems as well.

Also if the line pos adjustment corrects it, I would power down and reboot and recheck, I had the NVRAM go out once and registration would be fine until someone powered off the machine and back on.

Running a is the same as running b twice.

Is that what it does. Always wondered why it was there in the first place if the manual only wants c and a run. lol. thanks
