          Information can be obtained from Global Knowledge Base.
          Answer ID 181606 give setup instruction. MP C305 is one of the models covered. It also shows how to check the site certificate. Note this is the Site Certificate not the Device Certificate.
          Answer ID 132699 and Answer ID 125676 provide instructions for models that did not have a site certificate installed already installed.

          One other thing to consider, if the customer is using any other communication AP that uses SSL, then you can not use SMTP over SSL. One has to be disabled for the other to be used.
