SMB scanning Windows 2012R2 Server

have a C5502 and a C5502a
that get fail to scan to folder.
I can manually browse to folder and enter login and connect test shows good but it still fails.
attach are the firmware Levels for both machine or is it something I missing?

Win 8/10, Server 2012, require Network Firmware version 11.96 or newer.
There are dozens of threads discussing firmware requirements for windows 8/10.
Rule of thumb: Every (Ricoh) machine that was built prior to the introduction of Win 8 will require an update to scan to it.

What you attached it the printer configuration page and does not show firmware. Firmware printout is System SP 5990-005.

It does show the 5 main firmware versions at the top. That's how I knew he only has NIB version 11.93.3

Microshit has made some update for 2012 server failing SMB service.
So, they released rollup update repairing they excellent work
