MPC 2500 not adding toner

Hi guys (n gals) i have a problem with MPC 2500 not adding toner to the dev unit (k) i have exchanged the pump and this did not seem to make much difference, there seemed to be toner at the inlet of the pump so the toner is getting there. After many forced toner runs the warning went away. I looked at the vt level for the black and it was high and climbing, although not asking for toner (yet anyway)

Anyone had issues like this before and what was the remedy?

How old is the Dev Material?

The tubes tend to clog and the K tube seems on some to go pretty near the heat of the fusing units...

Also had a few pumps go (output mode if you dont hear the click of the clucth)

Also had problems getting them to recover once the blockage or supply problem is solved. But like you forced toner and they recovered.
