Hi,
A former employee changed the admin AND supervisor password on our copier. We had a change in our network and the copier being set up with a static IP, we can't do anything from the network.
I reset the interface parameters using SP mode ( 5-801-011) and now it's worse... The copier is indeed using DHCP as I wanted but some other settings have been changed and I can't change them back without admin access.
Is there any way to gain admin access without a NVRAM replacement ? Ricoh is slow to react and we really need to use the scanner fonction.
Thanks in advance
